With the IR Control 10 Xtra you can extend the IR (infrared) signals from your own remote control. The IR Control 10 Xtra gives you the opportunity to control an unlimited number of AV devices when it’s stored away in a closed cabinet or placed out of sight!

Feautures of RC extender

• Professional set to operate an unlimited number of AV devices inside TV furniture or a cabinet, even from a long distance, using your current remote control.
• With the exception of the tiny infrared receiver, the complete set can be placed completely out of sight.
• With infrared blaster feature to operate multiple devices directly, without searching for the infrared eyes on your equipment.
• Works with virtually all brands and models and is suitable for new infrared code formats (such as RC-MM), which are used in many new HD devices and digital TV decoders.
• Due to advanced filtering techniques, impervious to use near flat screen TVs (LCD, LED) and with indirect sunlight.

How it works?

Locate your A/V equipment in a closed cupboard, TV cabinet or even in another room. The IR receiver must be installed in view of your own remote control. Stick the IR blaster LED wherever you want in the cabinet and conceals the IR main module neatly. Point the remote control at the IR receiver in order to send the appropriate command to the IR LEDs (via the IR main module). These will then immediately pass this onto the A/V equipment.
