The Marmitek IR 100 USB can extend the IR (infrared) signals from your own remote control. The IR 100 USB gives you the opportunity to control your A/V equipment when it’s stored away in a closed cabinet or placed out of sight.

• Operate the Apple TV or Android box that is mounted behind the TV.
• Operate your A/V devices with ease without having to have them in view.
• With the exception of the very small IR receiver, the complete set can be located completely out of sight.
• Very easy and fast installation using new infrared technology (IR blaster LED), and you can control all A/V equipment in the same compartment.
• Works with almost all brands and models and is also suitable for new IR code formats which are used in many new HD devices and digital TV decoders.
• No power adapter included with this product!

How it works?

Place your A/V equipment in a closed cabinet or TV stand. Use one of the USB ports on your A/V equipment (Digital TV decoder, Blu-ray player, audio installation) or TV to power the IR 100 USB. The IR receiver must be installed within your remote’s line of sight and you should stick the IR blaster LED inside the cabinet. Point the remote at the IR receiver to operate your equipment through the cabinet doors.
