GBC 14.2800.91 convert an RCA audio/video signal into an HDMI signal to connect RCA sources to an HDMI monitor. Converts a composite video (CVBS) and audio (L / R) to HDMI with upscaling up to 720p or 1080p. The technology used allows improving the image and sound quality and makes the output image much more realictic.
